Free to use. You pay the operator directly — we never take payment.

How it works
Three steps, one request
You describe the problem once. Everything after that comes back to you.
- 01
Describe what happened
Where you are, and what the vehicle is doing. No account and no password — we verify your phone so an operator can reach you.
- 02
Operators answer
Every operator covering your area for that service is notified. Each replies with a price and an arrival time, and none of them can see the others' offers.
- 03
You choose
Compare on price and arrival time, then accept one. We pass your details to that operator and step out of the way.
Services
What you can ask for
Six things an operator can be asked to quote. Which of them you are offered depends on who works your area.
Towing
Your vehicle moved to a garage, a body shop, or home.
Flatbed towing
For all-wheel drive, low clearance, or a vehicle that will not roll.
Jump start
A dead battery, boosted where the vehicle stands.
Flat tire
The spare fitted at the roadside, or a tow if there is no spare.
Lockout
Keys shut inside the vehicle, opened without damage.
Winch-out
Pulled out of snow, mud, or a ditch.
Not every service is covered everywhere. Operators declare the areas and the services they work, and only those requests reach them.
Plainly
What Towing Offer does not do
We put you in front of operators and then get out of the way. Knowing where that stops is part of the deal.
We take no payment
No card details here, and no commission on either side. You settle directly with the operator you chose.
We do not dispatch the truck
The operator whose offer you accepted runs the job, on their own schedule and their own terms.
We do not track your vehicle
If your operator shares a tracking link, it comes from them and not from us.
Common questions
Know what happens before you request help
Straight answers about pricing, accounts, and what happens after you choose an operator.
Does Towing Offer cost anything to use?
No. Towing Offer is free for customers and takes no commission. If you accept an offer, you pay the operator directly according to the price they quoted.
Who sets the towing price?
Each operator sets their own total price and arrival time. You can compare both before deciding whether to accept an offer.
Do I need to create an account?
No account or password is required. We verify your phone before sending the request so the operator you choose can reach you.
Can I decline all the offers?
Yes. You can choose one offer or none. If none of the prices or arrival times work for you, you do not have to accept one.
What happens after I choose an offer?
We pass your details to the operator you chose. They handle the job, scheduling, and payment from that point; Towing Offer does not dispatch the truck or track your vehicle.
Are all services available everywhere?
Not always. Availability depends on which operators cover your area for the service you need. Only operators with matching coverage receive your request.
For operators
Run a tow truck? Answer requests in your area.
You declare the areas you cover and the services you offer. Matching requests reach you while the window is open, and you answer with your own price.
Operator accounts are opened by our team, not by self-signup.
You choose your coverage
Area by area, service by service. No radius calculation decides what gets sent to you.
You set the price
Every offer is yours — a committed total and an arrival time. Nobody quotes on your behalf.
Answering costs nothing
No commission, and no fee per request. What you quote is what you are paid.
