What the service holds
Two things make a match possible. A third keeps you signed in.
A way to reach you
An operator answering your request has to be able to call you. There is no password — you confirm the contact you gave with a one-time code instead, and that confirmation happens before the request is sent to anyone.
Where the vehicle is
A pickup location, which is what decides who is asked. Only operators covering that area for that service receive the request.
Cookies, and what each one is for
This site does not leave a cookie in your browser. The language is part of the page URL instead. Signing in sets a separate session cookie on app.towingoffer.com, and that one is host-only, so it is never sent to these pages.
Not collected
What is not in the system at all
These are not settings that are switched off. There is no place in the system for either of them.
No payment information
The platform takes no payment and charges no commission, so there is no card number, no bank detail and no billing record here. You settle directly with the operator you chose.
No vehicle tracking
The platform follows neither your vehicle nor your phone. Location is captured for a request and nothing else — no background location, no live position, no trip history.
This is not the finished policy
How long information is kept, how you ask for it to be removed, and how you obtain a copy of it are decisions this project has not made yet. We would rather leave them blank than publish a number nobody has committed to.
The complete policy is being finished before the service opens to customers.
