Not every service is covered everywhere. Towing companies declare the areas and the services they work, and only those requests reach them.

We put you in front of towing companies and then get out of the way. Knowing where that stops is part of the deal.
We take no payment
No card details here, and no commission on either side. You settle directly with the towing company you chose.
We do not dispatch the truck
The towing company whose offer you accepted runs the job, on its own schedule and its own terms.
We do not track your vehicle
If your towing company shares a tracking link, it comes from them and not from us.

Does Towing Offer cost anything to use?
No. Towing Offer is free for customers and takes no commission. If you accept an offer, you pay the towing company directly according to the price it quoted.
Who sets the towing price?
Each towing company sets its own total price and arrival time. You can compare both before deciding whether to accept an offer.
Do I need to create an account?
No password is required. We verify your mobile number by text (or your email) before sending the request, then share it only with the towing company you choose.
Can I decline all the offers?
Yes. You can choose one offer or none. If none of the prices or arrival times work for you, you do not have to accept one.
What happens after I choose an offer?
We pass your details to the towing company you chose. It handles the job, scheduling, and payment from that point; Towing Offer does not dispatch the truck or track your vehicle.
Are all services available everywhere?
Not always. Availability depends on which towing companies cover your area for the service you need. Only companies with matching coverage receive your request.
